Abel was very helpful and respectful! For working alone on a Sunday, he did an Awesome job! And, the wait wasn’t long at all. It was my first time and it won’t be my last! Definitely recommend and will revisit each time I need services for my car! Thank you, Abel!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GREASE MONKEY!! Our car was serviced June 25th to replace the AC compressor system. PETER was the mechanic who specifically told me multiple times a NEW compressor was needed. PETER never discussed a reman. My car was ready for pick up the next day. I asked for paperwork of everything they replaced. They said no worries will email you. NEVER received an email. I called that following Monday, because my car had NEW sounds and the fan was struggling to run.PETER SAID NOT TO WORRY! My husband brought the car up there that Friday after the air stopped working, and I was told PETER NEVER showed up to work that day. We asked to speak to the general manager, they said they would have the district manager call us. Adam who is the district manager for grease monkey called, and was very disrespectful. Taking no accountability for what his mechanic who obviously didn’t do the job correctly. We demanded for a different mechanic to see what the issue was. Adam sent one over who again didn’t know what he was doing and my husband told the mechanic to not to put STOPS LEAK in the system. Well he did anyways! I have been a loyal customer even when it was Minute Man, SPID at Weber, and never had any issues. However, about a couple of months later, I noticed droplets of oil on my driveway. The problem persisted and I took it in to get oil checked out. I happened to be out of town so I took it to 5 Minute Lube and was informed that the dipstick was left sticking out 2 inches, probably from last oil change. That was the cause of leak. However when I attempted to contact the Grease Monkies, it took forever to get any kind of response. I left several messages and gave them every opportunity to make it right as I had oil all underneath engine and under the hood. Finally after waiting three weeks, I finally got a response basically saying there was nothing they could do as they gave some bogus excuse after another. I strongly recommend taking your vehicles elswhere, where the customer is valued a bit more. Will not be getting oil changed there ever again. The name of this establishment is certainly fitting. If you do, make sure these dipsticks insert your dipstick correctly. The Grease Monkey name is completly fitting.

Alejandro provided excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the repairs clearly. He completed the work efficiently and made sure all of my questions were answered. I appreciate his honesty and attention to detail and would highly recommend him.

Fantastic service! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Since this was my first time going to Grease Monkey I had questions and Haelion answered all of them. Very polite young man. I will continue to go to the Staples location for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
